The information needed depends on the functionality you use. Product-specific information about data storage, data sent to external services and permissions is provided on the relevant product page or in the product's documentation.
This policy describes our general approach. It does not replace those product-specific disclosures.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Using this website
You can browse this website without creating an account. Site search runs in your browser; the text you enter is not submitted to a search service or saved after you reload the page.
The website code does not set cookies or include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from an external font service. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us, and choosing "System" removes it.
The privacy receipt displayed on the website calculates request counts and download sizes in your browser. It does not send those measurements to MinaTeam. These browser-side measurements do not describe any processing or logging by the website's hosting or network providers.
Waitlists
If you join the waitlist for an upcoming product, we store the email address you enter, the product, the site language you used and the date you signed up. The list is kept in storage at our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
We use it only to send you one email when that product launches. We do not share the list or add your address to any other mailing list. To have your address removed, email us and we will delete it.
Third-party services
When you use functionality that connects to a third-party website or service, that provider may receive information needed to handle your request. For services you access directly, the provider's own privacy policy explains its handling of your information. Links to external websites do not mean that MinaTeam controls their data practices.

We may update this policy as our products and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
